In class we will be practicing Ba Duan Jin as a Qi Gong warm up, and the first part of the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Traditional Form.  The following videos are a great reference for home practice in between class. 

In class we perform Ba Duan Jin as a warm up before our Tai Chi practice.  Following along with this video is a great warm up for your practice at home.  If you only have ten minutes for practice, following along is a great way to fit a little Tai Chi work in your day.
